Be Aware: Possible Recruitment Fraud

It has come to our notice that fake job offers are been circulated on behalf of Alkem Laboratories Ltd. by certain individuals / entities / recruitment agencies claiming they are representatives or subsidiaries or under contract with Alkem Laboratories Ltd. We bring to the notice of all concerned that we, i.e., Alkem Laboratories Ltd, have deployed a merit-based employee selection practice. At any stage of the recruitment process we never demand/ charge / accept any amount or security deposit from job seekers during the selection process or while inviting candidates for an interview. Also any recruitment agency/ consultant firm/ search partner acting on our behalf for any vacancy do not ask for any payment/ fee from candidates under any pretext.

How to detect fraud:

1. Alkem Laboratories Ltd. do not send job offers from free email services like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail, etc.
2. Alkem Laboratories Ltd. does not request payment of any kind from prospective candidates for employment or any sort of fees.
3. Alkem Laboratories Ltd. does not authorize anyone to either collect money or arrive at any monetary arrangement in return for a job or interview call at Alkem Laboratories Ltd.
4. However, sometimes recruitment process is done through professional recruiting agencies. In such cases, appointment letters are always made directly by Alkem Laboratories Ltd. and not by any third parties.
5. In the event Alkem Laboratories ltd. employ anyone under third party payroll, such third parties are also not allowed to charge any money from candidates for placement at Alkem.
