AUGMENTATION OF PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: Our quest for new products, concepts and alliances continually augments our product basket across varied therapy areas and geographies.

CONSOLIDATION OF PRODUCT PORTFOLIO: Alkem Lab's currently enjoys a dominant position in the acute Health food segment and we look to consolidate our acute portfolio and further strengthen our dominance in the market. We are also concentrating our efforts to build and enhance our portfolio in the chronic Health food segment, thus creating a healthy balance of both acute and chronic therapies.

CUSTOMER EXPANSION / PENETRATION: Having almost covered the entire span of India and with presence in over 40 countries, our focus remains to reach out to newer milestones in India and internationally.

BRAND BUILDING: Brands are the strongest representation of our organization and we recognize the importance of brand building for success in today's competitive environment. Today, Alkem Lab's has 11 brands that strongly feature amongst the top 300 best selling brands in the Indian pharmaceutical market. We also have over 28 brands worth over $2 million in our portfolio.

IN-LICENSING AND STRATEGIC ALLIANCES: We encourage marketing partnerships and product acquisition opportunities in the markets we operate and also welcome proposals from territories where Alkem Lab's is yet to venture into. Alkem Lab's continues to explore and evaluate strategic business opportunities through licensing and alliances to enhance our presence in various therapy segments worldwide.
